Yolanda Chan Regional Vice President, Asia Pacific

Yolanda Chan partners with corporate legal departments and law firms across the APAC region to increase operational efficiency, improve client satisfaction, and achieve measurable gains in business outcomes across client workflows. Her work focuses on strengthening legal operations through technology, AI, expert services, and integrated managed solutions. Specifically, she delivers scalable solutions that enhance operational performance and enable more strategic, data-driven legal functions. 
 
Yolanda brings over 20 years of leadership experience across Asia Pacific, spanning technology, legal services, consumer electronics, education, and media. Prior to joining Epiq, she served as Managing Director for Asia Pacific at Axiom. Her earlier career includes leadership roles as Vice President and General Manager for Fitbit Asia Pacific, Regional Vice President at Promethean, and 12 years at Microsoft, where she held senior positions culminating in her role as Regional Director of the Home and Entertainment Division. 
 
She holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Washington State University.
