Outstanding Work Environment and Culture Recognition Based on Employee Feedback 

HYDERABAD, Telangana, Feb. 18, 2026 — For the second consecutive year, Epiq has earned the 2026 Great Place To Work® Certificationin India. The recognition is based entirely on employee feedback, with 91% of respondents saying it’s a great place to work. 

Great Place To Work® is a global authority on workplace culture and employee experience, providing research‑based insights into leadership behaviors and high‑trust practices associated with strong business performance, employee retention, and innovation.

Survey participation rose 3% this year, reaching a 76% employee response rate. Here are the key results: 

  • 91% of employees said Epiq is a great place to work, up 1% from last year. 
  • 87% reported an overall positive performance, up 2% from last year.
