Epiq’s Olivea Holley Named Among Women Worth Watching in Leadership for 2023

Epiq is proud to announce that Olivea Holley has been named by Profiles in Diversity Journal among Women Worth Watching in Leadership for 2023. Holley is being recognized for blazing new trails and advancing the cause of diversity and inclusion while excelling in her own career.

At Epiq, Holley serves as Director of Operations, Document Review Services in the organization’s Legal Solutions business. In this role, she heads a team of professionals committed to overhauling technology enabled services and educational transformation efforts to improve operational efficiencies.

She also leads as Global Co-Chair of Epiq’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee and is a member of the Society for Diversity, a leading professional association that collaborates with professionals and executives to advance workplace culture.

Holley is a member of the Auburn University Engineering Academic Excellence Program, a giving society that provides scholarships for students enrolled in the Center for Inclusive Engineering Excellence program. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Villanova University and her JD from Howard University School of Law.  

Holley will be profiled in Profiles in Diversity Journal’s upcoming issue. Profiles in Diversity Journal is dedicated to promoting and advancing diversity and inclusion in the corporate, government, nonprofit, higher education, and military sectors.
