Alexandra Nelte is the Director of Epiq Counsel UK, Legal Solutions. Alexandra is a senior talent leader and qualified lawyer with broad expertise in talent strategy, recruitment, and operational leadership.
As Vice President of Talent Experience and Enablement at Axiom, Alexandra was instrumental in shaping the company’s global talent strategy. Prior to that, she led Axiom’s international legal talent function as Director and Head of International Legal Talent, overseeing recruitment and development across multiple jurisdictions. Her earlier career includes working for Linklaters LLP, giving her a strong foundation in corporate and banking law.
Alexandra is recognized for her innovative approach to workforce planning and talent engagement, aligning talent strategy with business goals.
