Elitta Sibtain Review Manager, Document Review Services

As Document Review Manager, Elitta has been working diligently to improve and streamline the Document Review Services in Canada for the past two years. She regularly manages complex, time-sensitive reviews with up to 60 reviewers under her supervision. For over a year and a half, Elitta handled all of Canada’s document review projects, which is a testament to her ability to work well under pressure. Elitta provides her clients with exceptional transparency and communication about their files, including foreseeing potential problems or hurdles that they may need to address later on. She is also a team player, ready to help her Client Services colleagues and leadership whenever possible. Elitta is well regarded by clients for her collaborative nature and integrity. 

PREVIOUS PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE 

Elitta was called to the Alberta Bar in 2018 and worked in a variety of legal settings, including a litigation boutique and in-house at an energy company, before moving to document review. She began her journey with Epiq in 2020 and was quickly hired as an Associate Review Manager. All of Elitta’s work experience centres on client services, making her well equipped to handle our clients’ needs. 

EDUCATION/SPEAKING EXPERTISE 

Elitta holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Calgary and a Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor.
