As part of Epiq Counsel, she partners with clients to address evolving workload, talent, and cost pressures through flexible legal talent models and practical delivery approaches.

Across leadership roles at Epiq Counsel, Tenor Legal, Factor Law, Axiom, and Thomson Reuters, Helen has led organizations to align talent, technology, and operations to control costs, reduce risk, and improve legal outcomes.

She offers market experience in flexible legal resourcing, managed services, contracts lifecycle support, complex legal operations, and AI legal service delivery.

Earlier in her career, Helen spent more than two decades at Thomson Reuters in global product, commercialization, sales, client success, and strategic account leadership roles. Her extensive experience in the US and European markets gives her a practical perspective on how legal teams can scale expertise, adapt delivery models, and meet changing business needs.

Helen earned her JD from Cleveland State University Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.
