Jared Pollack reduces risk, improves efficiency, and accelerates the handling of critical data for clients through global operations that securely manage electronically stored information (ESI), apply rigorous quality controls, and leverage technology-driven workflows. He directs the teams responsible for evidence management, data processing, and expedited service delivery for clients with complex legal and regulatory matters.
Jared leads the Evidence Operations, Processing Services, and Express Services teams at Epiq. He guides a global workforce that supports the secure intake, processing, and movement of client data throughout the eDiscovery lifecycle. He has more than 22 years of experience in legal services operations and project management. His expertise also includes business transformation and team leadership.
Over the course of his career at Epiq, Jared has built and headed many of the operational functions that support the business today. He has guided operations through significant growth, led integration initiatives following strategic acquisitions, and partnered with product and development teams to advance proprietary technology platforms. More recently, he has championed automation initiatives that improve operational efficiency while maintaining high standards of quality and client service.
Jared holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Binghamton University School of Management and a Certificate in Executive Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame Mendoza College of Business.
