Jennifer is a senior director at Epiq. She brings more than 25 years of experience in the legal industry, specializing in user adoption and technology implementation. For the past decade, she has served as a trusted advisor, ensuring that clients’ business needs drive technology selection, design, and implementation.​
​As a hands-on business and IT professional, Jennifer has held in-house roles at both Am Law 100 and Am Law 200 firms, serving as director of project management, user support, and training. Her projects have included technology assessments, user interviews, ECM system evaluations and selections, iManage Work implementations, upgrades, and redesigns, iManage Records Manager implementations, and evaluations and implementations of scanning solutions. She supports both on-premises and cloud-based solutions and has worked with large and small law firms as well as corporate legal departments.​
Jennifer is a member of ILTA, PMI, and PMI Atlanta, and has spoken at ConnectLive, ILTA, and the Legal Technology Hub Innovation Conference. Parker earned a BA, summa cum laude, from Bryn Mawr College, an MBA from the Haas School of Business at Berkeley, and is a certified Project Management Professional.
