Jessica Cook Senior Director, Contracts Solutions

Jessica Cook is a lawyer with more than 15 years of consulting experience and over 12 years of delivery leadership in legal technology, AI, and legal operations professional services. Jessica oversees Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) implementation teams for enterprise digital transformations, ensuring adoption success and helping clients scale for growth. 

Jessica provides expert advisory covering CLM strategy, preparedness, road mapping, system implementation, and connected contracting. Through her oversight of CLM engagements for Fortune 500 organizations, she enables customers to achieve operational excellence across their enterprise through process optimization and continuous improvement. 

Jessica holds a J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law at Urbana-Champaign and is a member of the Illinois Bar. She received her B.A. from Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida.

Jessica has previous experience in federal and local government, as well as at top professional services consulting firms. She resides in Chicago.
