Kerry Eichholz supports clients in managing data, executing legal productions, and achieving consistent, high-quality outcomes. She directs global hosting operations and develops efficient eDiscovery workflows and processes in her role at Epiq. Under her leadership, a global team of professionals provides 24/7 support across Epiq Discover™, Relativity, and other platforms. Her team manages complex data workflows, delivers bespoke solutions for unique client requirements, and collaborates with software and engineering teams to enhance platform capabilities and operational efficiency.
Kerry has more than 15 years of experience in eDiscovery, data management, quality assurance, and continuous process improvement. Throughout her career at Epiq, she has served as Lead Quality Control Technician, Operations Manager, and Senior Hosting Manager, building expertise in operational excellence and scalable service delivery. She has and continues to play a central role in the development and implementation of automated production and Epiq AI™ workflows. She drives workflow optimization initiatives and supports the alignment and consolidation of operations across teams brought together through acquisitions. Kerry holds a Bachelor of Arts from Oregon State University and is a Relativity Certified Administrator.
