Grant is Epiq’s Vice President of managed review and advanced solutions for the EMEA and APAC regions. He oversees the operation of Epiq’s managed review services, including the recruitment and management of teams of contract lawyers across these regions. Grant and his team assist law firm and corporate clients in the creation and implementation of review protocols, training materials, and best practices, as well as ensuring defensibility through robust quality control and validation procedures. Grant’s team of consultants also specialise in the application of advanced analytical technologies to complex datasets, driving the Early Case Assessment process. Grant and his team guide clients through best-practice strategies for the use of technology during legal reviews, deploying proven strategies for data filtering backed by defensible statistical modelling. Grant has deep experience in the deployment of analytics and technology-assisted review tools during managed document reviews, and specializes in managing complex matters with challenging requirements, both on-site and across multiple jurisdictions. Grant is an Australia qualified lawyer (NSW), a European Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/E, CIPM), and a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
