Noraan Sadik Senior Director, Client Partnerships and Strategy, Epiq Counsel

Noraan Sadik brings a multi-dimensional approach to rethinking how talent and services are delivered in response to evolving business needs. She has been partnering with executive stakeholders at global enterprises and emerging companies for more than 20 years. 

Prior to Epiq Counsel, Noraan served in senior client development and strategy roles at Tenor Legal and Axiom, where she helped launch and manage their client success team. Earlier in her career, she practiced corporate law at Latham & Watkins, which provided a foundation of complex transactional matters and in-house experience during her secondment to a global investment bank. 

In addition to legal services, Noraan has extensive experience within the startup ecosystem. She currently serves on the board of HData, a venture-backed regulatory intelligence company using AI to accelerate insights from regulatory data. She also co-founded FemHealth Ventures, a venture capital firm investing in women’s health innovation, and helped to build several startups in other sectors. 

Noraan holds a JD from Stanford Law School and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania. She is admitted to practice law in New York and resides in New York City.
