Tom is a licenced attorney of almost 30 years in Washington, Oregon, and Alabama and has been a licensed Certified Fraud Examiner since 2002. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the College of William & Mary and Juris Doctor from Samford University, Cumberland School of Law.
