Warren DiDonato Director, Global Service Delivery

Warren DiDonato is a Director, Global Service Delivery with three decades of experience in the litigation support, legal technology and eDiscovery industries. During his career he has worked extensively with law departments of major global corporations and their associated law firms to implement digital transformation strategies resulting in reduced legal spend, minimized risks, and created efficiencies.

He is particularly adept at grasping complex technical issues and presenting them in ways easily understood by lawyers and other non-technical staff, and has conducted many professional development, CLEs, and other training programs for clients. He also has a proven track record of developing and documenting standard operating procedures and workflows and adapting them to each client’s unique situation.

Previous Professional Experience
Prior to joining Epiq, DiDonato worked at Consilio as a Director of Strategic Client Solutions where he served as the primary liaison for some of the service provider’s largest clients across multiple product lines, geographies, and cross-functional teams. He ensured the application of industry best practices to meet their specific needs and guarantee successful outcomes. Prior to Consilio, he worked at Huron Consulting Group where he served as Director of Legal Advisory Practice and at Control Risks as Senior Consultant of Global Services.

DiDonato holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Economics from Fairfield University.
