We train our review analysts on the litigation and review standards before assigning them to your project. Medical and/or legal professionals perform each review and capture all relevant data in a structured database, which can be used to automatically populate portions of short-form complaints and plaintiff fact sheets, transfer data to your system, or generate other types of valuable analysis.
Epiq case managers can directly handle follow-ups to resolve record and data deficiencies, or we can report them to your team for resolution. Either way, we will work to ensure timely progression of each case to inventory or discharge, according to your standards.
