Epiq Appoints David Garcia to Lead Mass Tort Services

NEW YORK – April 2, 2024 — Epiq, a global technology-enabled leader to the legal industry and corporations, announced today several developments related to its Mass Tort offering. Under the leadership of Nicole Hamann, President of Epiq’s Class Action, Remediation, and Mass Tort business unit, Epiq has consolidated its Mass Tort teams with its rapidly growing Class Action group.

David Garcia will serve as Vice President of Epiq’s Mass Tort Services overseeing all aspects of settlement administration and lien resolution work in Epiq’s Mass Tort unit, which includes the design and implementation of settlements, budgeting, personnel management, and quality assurance. With more than 20 years of experience in the settlement administration space, Garcia will lead Epiq’s Mass Tort business with an eye toward industry-leading customer service and efficiency.
