Claire Hirst Vice President of Operations, Client Services & Consultancy, EMEA

Claire joined Epiq in November 2020 as Vice President of Operations and Consultancy of Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Claire oversees the Client Services, Operations, Information Governance, Forensics and Epiq Counsel business lines.
 
Prior to joining Epiq, Claire was at PwC as an Operations Director in their NewLaw team and also at Factor. Claire is a lawyer with nearly 20 years experience in Commercial law, and over 10 year's experience in Managed Legal Services and legal Operations. Claire has worked in law firms in London, Northern Ireland and in-house in Bank of Ireland and Irish Nationwide.

Claire is a qualified green belt in lean six sigma with a particular expertise in Operational Excellence. Claire has a background and experience standing up and running COE's and overseeing key global client engagements and relationships. Claire is an alumni of Queens University and the College of Law, Chester.
