With more than 30 years of experience spanning technology, law, risk management, and business transformation, Jon advises Fortune 500 organizations on enterprise AI strategy, AI governance, legal AI, Microsoft Copilot, information governance, and data security. He is particularly focused on helping legal departments evolve into AI-enabled intelligence organizations that improve decision-making, reduce risk, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Jon is a recognized leader in digital forensics, eDiscovery, AI, and AI governance. He has testified as an expert witness in 23 matters involving digital evidence and forensic investigations and was named a finalist for the 2026 Microsoft Security Excellence Awards Security Changemaker Award.
