Paul O'Hagan leads Product Management for the Epiq AI Platform. In this role, Paul defines the strategy and execution plan for integrating AI across Epiq's global legal solution business, working closely with clients and partners to ensure the AI is always securely and safely leveraged.
Prior to Epiq, Paul led global teams at WorkFusion where he defined the integration strategy and brought the WorkFusion platform to market in multiple cloud marketplaces. Paul also led global Product Management teams at OpenText responsible for AI & Analytics products, Cybersecurity, eDiscovery and Digital Forensics.
Previous roles include Product Management Leadership roles at IBM and DataMirror.
Paul was awarded US Patent 10,659,624 for the integration of AI into active real-time print streams with processing occurring on IoT and edge devices, US Patent 12,111,844 for Data Management and Replication that uses virtual data presentations before persisting to cloud environments that allow for added metadata and service interruption resilience, and US Patent 12,141,528 for Composite AI and Orchestration of agentic AI models for information management and enrichment.
Outside of work, Paul enjoys reading, hiking and traveling, and spending time with his wife and children.
