PACER Alternative -
AACER platform

AACER LinkShareTM significantly reduces PACER document retrieval costs.

AACER LinkShareTM is our distinctive approach to share costs for document retrieval, allowing organizations to securely manage and view PACER documents without paying repeatedly for the same files. This solution is especially advantageous if your law firm tracks multiple district court or federal claims court actions, or if your organization must frequently access pacer across various cases.

By avoiding repeated access fees, LinkShareTM  helps you allocate resources more effectively and stay ahead of class action cases, multidistrict MDL filings, or any large-scale court data reviews.

How it Works

Case Search & Document Retrieval provides scalable, advanced bankruptcy case search capabilities to never again buy the same document twice.

  •  The AACER platform empowers you to conduct comprehensive searches of dockets documents across bankruptcy courts, district courts, and other federal courts.
  •  This advanced search allows you to quickly locate court federal claims, documents filed under multiple case numbers, and details related to consumer law center needs or national veterans legal matters.
  •  By unifying access to court documents, you can easily gather information for class action proceedings, supreme court filings, or any other relevant court data.
  •  This centralized method reduces the burden of sifting through separate databases or contacting each contact court directly.

Your Perfect Alternative

Epiq’s AACER platform serves as an innovative alternative PACER solution, offering advanced search capabilities for a wide range of public access court documents. This helps law firms, consumer law centers, and veterans legal services organisations retrieve federal court documents, including those related to federal claims, with ease.

Whether you handle federal court records, federal claims court matters, or documents filed in district courts, AACER makes it possible to streamline access to dockets documents and reduce the overall cost PACER users often encounter. By simplifying the process of accessing the PACER database, our platform aids those seeking a more convenient and cost-effective way to manage court filings.

Easy to Use

AACER Case Search

The AACER platform has over 37 million bankruptcy cases and 200 million document pages. Cases can be quickly located through a variety of search criteria, including specific federal court records. This functionality benefits law firms, consumer law centers, and any legal services program that needs comprehensive public access to relevant court documents. The user-friendly design also accommodates those managing multiple pacer account details and looking to reduce overall pacer fees.

AACER Case Search supports on-demand, ad-hoc and bulk searches. Users can search using name, address, full or last four Social Security number, case number, courts and more. Most importantly, and unlike PACER, AACER can associate your unique customer or loan identifier with cases, which can then be used to search. Search criteria can be saved and results exported. This helps ensure that any alternative PACER workflow runs seamlessly when managing documents filed in a federal court or a district court.

AACER customers consistently give feedback that the platform is intuitive, comprehensive, configurable to their individual needs, and overall, an easy to use application. From docket alerts to recap extension installed features, the AACER platform caters to various stakeholder requirements.

Self Servicing

Automated Matching

The AACER platform performs a variety of tasks before users log in each day. Every night, AACER updates dockets, loads work queues, and updates cases with your latest input files. AACER users are then able to work the tasks in their queues. Supervisors can configure queues, monitor user progress and, if necessary, quickly reallocate workloads. This helps maintain efficient oversight whether you operate a large law library, a consumer law center, or a veterans legal services department.

For those managing multiple federal court documents, the platform’s automated functionalities reduce the time spent refreshing separate court websites. You no longer need to manually contact court entities for standard updates. Instead, AACER handles the daily retrieval of court filings from across the PACER database and aggregates them into one shared location—making it easier to identify potential federal claims or track MDL multidistrict proceedings.

Share Costs for Document Retrieval

AACER Linkshare is a proprietary court document retrieval strategy that significantly reduces traditional PACER costs.

  •  Once a document has been retrieved, it is automatically identified within your AACER interface and can be re-opened an unlimited number of times by anyone in your company. AACER customers are saving thousands with LinkShare, and our largest customers are saving millions.
  •  By leveraging this advanced approach, your law firm, consumer law center, or other legal services program can mitigate cost PACER challenges and manage a wide range of docket alerts more efficiently.
  •  This extends to national consumer law proceedings, recap archive references, and even national veterans legal cases that may appear in the federal claims court or district courts.
  •  Minimizing redundant downloads in the pacer database ultimately cuts down on total pacer fees.
